Processing Time

Orders placed before noon PST Monday- Friday will be shipped within 48 business hours. Orders placed after noon PST will be processed the following business day unless otherwise noted at the top of this page. Please note that we only ship Monday-Friday.

International Orders

There may be taxes, duties and/or VAT costs applied by customs towards your order before the delivery of your package. These charges are not inclusive of the original shipping amount and will not be paid for or reimbursed by (스토어이름). If you refuse the order, you will not be refunded by (스토어이름).

 

Undeliverable Packages

If your package is marked as undeliverable or returned to the sender, a reshipping fee will be required.

Incorrect Addresses

Lost Packages/ Insurance

Express is the only option we offer in the US that includes insurance. If you forgo choosing Express, (스토어이름) is not responsible for replacing, refunding, or tracking your lost package.
